Meet the Owners

GARY KING

With nearly 20 years of experience, Chef Gary has traveled and worked in some of the best kitchens in the world. He has traveled and worked in Europe, Australia, China and Southeast Asia. Rooted in New York City, he has worked for celebrated chefs and restauranteurs, such as Tom Colicchio, Steven Starr and Brad Farmerie to name a few.


EMILY KING

Emily graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Previously, she worked for Pierre Herme (Paris) and Jean George & Johnny Iuzzini (NYC). Emily was a pastry chef at the Cookshop (NYC) and Veritas (NYC). She appeared on The Food Network and consulted for restaurants in Hawaii, Montauk and Manhattan.
